Air conditioner not cooling at all – HVAC Repair San Jose, California

Customer complained air conditioner not cooling at all. We turned on thermostat on COOL and I saw outside condenser unit started running – also I heard compressor running noise. I put my hand  above fan and didn’t feel any warm. That’s means no refrigerant or not enough. I connected manifold and saw 51 PSI on low side and 201 PSI on high side. I read that subcooling on 73F outside/inside  should be 4F. I charged 3.8lbs of R410a refrigerant and reached subcooling = 4. After that AC started giving cold.

I got 53F from ducts.
