Beverage-Air Refrigerator UCR20Y Repair in San Jose, California – freon leak Repair San Jose
Customer’s refrigerator Beverage-Air UCR20Y stopped cooling. I did check the pressure in low side compressor and found that the pressure is “-15 PSI”. That’s means is refrigerant leak. After that I put to there nitrogen with around 200PSI and found leak on evaporator coil and started heard pitch noise from evaporator. Evaporator coil leaked from few places – multiple holes. Evaporator need to be replaced.
