Fuse was such a great experience from beginning to end. I wanted to get an AC unit replaced and after 6 different consolations and quotes. Fuses quote was competitive and was by far the most professional, and Honest. Frank, who quoted me the unit was very honest about what I needed, what parts I needed and was never too pushy, which I very much appreciated. Before I decided to go with the quote, I had Fuse out to confirm the issue with my unit. I had other companies come out as well (who initially quoted me lower) and they tried to tell me the problem was much bigger, and that I need to replace more. Fuse sent out Kostas who diagnosed my problem and proposed a solution within minutes. No extra parts or anything needed, he knew exactly what was going on and was able to prove it to me, no salesmanning. After that, I went with Fuse for the installation and Kostas came out and installed everything in half a day, and also repaired some issues he noticed with my furnace (included!). He was a true professional and I left knowing that everything had been done correctly. I highly recommended Fuse for your HVAC needs. There’s a reason they have so many glowing reviews, and I’ll add another to the stack.

Absolutely amazing crew. I did a major heat pump upgrade. Installed a new 3T heat pump. Air quality and noise improved instantly. The team that was sent to me was working like a swiss clock. Great knowledgeable and reliable people. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Long overdue . 10 stars if I could . Fuse setup my solar, water heater and AC. Very professional and follows up for any issue. Customer service is great and prompt as well as the booking process, transparent pricing, good workmanship etc etc. Go to them for any electrical needs. No need to think twice
Zorik spent an entire day replacing an outdated electrical panel. The panel was in a tight spot, but he did a great job to cut out a shelf that was blocking it and patch up space left by the old panel. He was diligent the entire time he was here and was happy to answer any questions I had about the work being done, including drawing a map of how the new circuits mapped to the old ones. There was a dryer blocking access but he moved it and then restored it after the job was done without even being asked. I’m very happy with his work.
Our experience with Fuse was excellent. We did a major refit of the HVAC and water heater in our Palo Alto home to replace two gas furnaces and one gas water heater with heat pumps. It was a big job that required the coordination of the plumbing (water heater) and HVAC groups at Fuse. Both were great. They showed up on time, were very knowledgeable about the units as well as the city codes that needed to be followed. It was a complex job (five splits with branch box upstairs and a single air handler downstairs, two external compressor units), and they worked hard on it for several days, 9am to 7pm. Over the course of the job, we dealt with seven of the crew (estimator, project manager, two water heater installers, two HVAC installers, and one helper). All of them were professional and courteous — none of them ever entered the house without putting on their shoe covers. It was amazing how little mess they made — despite the need to cut drywall and go in and out of the attic and crawl space multiple times each day, there was very little evidence of either. And they cleaned up and vacuumed up the dust/chips every day before leaving the job. Remarkably, the estimator (Frank) promptly answered my questions about the quote even though he was on vacation on a cruise! Our system is working well, the Mitsubishi units are amazingly quiet, both inside and outside the house.

Highly recommended!!!! Amazing price and amazing staff :). Jeff and Andy are really responsible and helpful all the time to help use deal with our special situation. Our house is a little difficult to run AC pipes since we are sharing a wall with neighbor and that wall is the only location we can circle AC pipes. After the first round of installation the neighbor is not happy about the direction of the pipe since they feel like it’s making their waterfall “wired” and he asked us change the direction of the pipes. Fuse is willing to come back and fix everything for free for us. They really help us a lot!!!!

We had quite a few electrical issues that we needed addressed including replacing outside light, replacing recessed lights inside, a new electrical panel, running a line for a hot tub and wiring a new hot tub. Fuse was responsive through Yelp and gave us a bid for all projects. They are well priced. Not only did they do all the work, but they fixed some mistakes from past electrical work for free. We did have an issue with out hot tub being connected properly, but when I called, they came out the next day (Sunday) and fixed their mistake. I would highly recommend Fuse for their customer service and work. The only issue is that they did not respond via email or phone call or web form at one point. But they always responded via Yelp.

We had two unrelated repairs serviced by Fuse recently and both were completed with impeccable service and quality. The first was fixing our AC that stopped being cold and the second was fixing a light fixture that was falling off of the wall. For both issues, Fuse was prompt in communications and scheduled in the repair immediately. They went above and beyond with the repairs, leaving the area cleaner than it was when they first arrived, removing tape/weeds/dust that had been there, and even fixed some of our dilapidated parts for free. The technicians were knowledgeable, patient, and friendly, and helped us understand what was wrong and why. Highly recommended!
