Cancellation Policy:
- The cancellation charges shall be reasonable and shall not exceed a predetermined percentage of the remaining contract value or any other mutually agreed-upon amount.
- In the event that a minimum of one maintenance visit has taken place, we will apply a fee of $220 per each unit for a Fuse OneTime Maintenance Service instead of annual payment for the contract. This offer is valid for 30 days since payment for the contract has been made.
- Following the termination of the contract, the client is entitled to a 15% labor discount on their next one time service with Fuse Service company.
- If no maintenance visits have been conducted, Fuse Service will refund the full amount client has paid.
- In case the technician carried out tasks covered by the service contract during the initial visit, and these tasks are not part of the list for one-time maintenance, there will be a separate charge for this work.
- To avoid potential extra charges or penalties outlined in the contract, it is essential to submit a notice of contract withdrawal within a 15-day period.
