The Fuse Service team understands that installing air conditioning is not just a technical issue but also a matter of appearance as well. This house in San Bruno, with its distinctive roof and such a spacious terrace, is a perfect example.
How We Considered the Architecture Before Installation
At the very beginning, we created a detailed 3D model. That’s how our customer could see the location of the equipment in advance. This made it easier to imagine how the new system would fit into the structure.
What’s on the Model?
The outdoor unit is installed on the end of the building. Our team took into account the distance to the walls and windows. It is visible but does not spoil the view thanks to its thoughtful placement.
All communications, such as power cable, drainage, and refrigerant line, run along the outer wall and are neatly fed into the building through a short section.
Why Does it Work?
3D modeling definitely provides confidence. It helps to avoid mistakes and, most importantly, coordinate every detail with the owner. This approach is especially valuable in homes with non-standard architecture.
