- One emergency call (appointment will be scheduled during the next 24 hours after the call (for any available technician), excluding national holidays, natural phenomena, and disasters).
- Fully transferable if you move, so you can take us with you or transfer service to the buyer.

Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel the contract any day you like if we have not made a single maintenance visit at the time of contract cancellation.
- If at least one maintenance visit has not been completed, we will refund you the full amount you paid.
- If at least one maintenance visit has been completed, we will charge it as a one-time maintenance service and it will cost $199.
- If the technician performed work under the service contract during the first visit that is not included in the list of one-time maintenance, this work will be charged separately.
