Extremely professional, honest, and skilled HVAC company with great technicians. Gene, who came to diagnose my existing HVAC system and give me a quote on the new system, was very good. Henry & Artem were very good at their job, were very courteous, and worked hard to install my Daikin 5T heat pump system. I have used Fuse before for electrical work, but this was the first time I used them for a major HVAC installation. Suspect I was victim of unscrupulous technician/company that tries to extract as much money as they can from the natural information asymmetry that exists with HVAC repair. Came out the first time in Aug 2022. Looked at everything and replaced the capacitor, relay, and new refrigerant for $$$. Air conditioning stopped working again a week after. Came back out and charged $$$$ to now change the condenser coil. Exactly one year later I sit here this evening realizing that the air conditioning is not blowing any cold air... Perhaps the capacitor they used is busted again or the refrigerant was actually leaking the first time but they didn't catch it. Time to find someone else...

a) Product Knowledge: The company representatives (Cuinn and Teodor) did a great job suggesting HVAC options that could meet our needs and helped guide us through the design and selection process. I tend to do a lot of research and ask lots of questions before making large home improvement investments. In each case, they were able to provide me the additional information I needed to make a good decision.
b) Communication: This is another area where Fuse excelled. Whenever I emailed, called or texted, they were VERY quick to respond. Often at times outside normal business hours. This allowed the process to move quickly and efficiently.
c) Professionalism: Cuinn and Teodor exhibited a great blend of both professionalism but also friendly interaction. In so doing they represented themselves and the company well.
d) Competitive Pricing: Their quote was very competitive, and a good value given the size, quality and warranty associated with the system we ended up selecting.

During his visit, he took the time to help me with my fireplace that had completely stopped working. I was so grateful! The estimate for replacing my HVAC unit came back literally within the hour after he left. The best part was that his estimate was considerably less than other companies. My heating unit was not working. Called FUSE in the morning and they were able to schedule an appointment in the afternoon. April the scheduler is kind and helpful. Technician Elijah is very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to check my heating unit and fixed the NEST thermostat wiring problems. In addition he also checked my AC unit. I am a retired HVAC (and General) Contractor and before I retired I always used a competent sub-contractor when I could not perform a trade to my satisfaction. I installed my existing HVAC system myself over twenty years ago, and it was still operating satisfactorily. However, I try to replace major appliances before they fail because it is far less disruptive (and often less expensive) to do so. But now I'm in my mid-seventies and not as agile in an attic as I used to be.
As part of my due diligence I of course researched Fuse Service reviews on Google and Yelp, and made my selection based primarily on that information. In my opinion, and my experience, project cost is secondary to value; meaning personnel timeliness, craftsmanship, vendor dependability and product reliability are all an important part of the purchase decision making process. (Cheap is rarely inexpensive, and in the end often costs more. You don't always get what you pay for, but you never get what you don't pay for.) With respect to cost, while Fuse was certainly not the cheapest of the multiple bids I obtained, they were also not the most expensive, so I decided to go with them.
The Fuse Service project evaluation process was professional, thorough and responsive. They were readily able to incorporate several unique system design requests that I wanted (and which would normally not come up in a standard home bid).
The installation process was profoundly EXCELLENT! The Lead Installer Aiden and his associate were fantastic workers. They were energetic, incredibly hardworking, thoughtful, creative, exhibited superior customer service and simply professional to the highest degree imaginable. I have very high standards when it comes to my work and I was pleasantly surprised beyond my expectations by their performance. (If I were still in business I would hire them in an instant!) I was entirely pleased with the outcome.
In closing, as a retired HVAC Contractor, I recommend Fuse Service WITHOUT RESERVATION!

Vladimir came to fix a small gas leak in a heater line that was improperly sealed by a novice contractor. Probably one of the most pleasant technicians I've encountered in my 30 years of working with service techs. Super friendly, explained everything clearly when I asked questions and gave possible options. Completed the job quickly and for a reasonable price. Second time I've called Fuse and will continue to do so in the future.

I highly recommend Fuse for heat pumps and electrical work. We had a heat pump installed by fuse earlier this year and they did a great job. Most recently we had Fuse replace our kitchen fluorescent canned lights with LED lights and we also had a whole house fan installed. Zorik was the electrician who did the last 2 jobs and he did really good work. He was friendly, polite, on time, efficient and cleaned up the area well. The work and equipment installed is high quality and reasonably priced.
