- Gas Furnace – Bryant 821TA36070V14 Preferred 80 Series Variable-Speed Gas Furnace 2 STAGE;
- COILS – ADP C36A142L Up/Down Coils Puron Refrigerant (136);
- Nest Thermostat for control home from phone.
