Eligibility
Promotion is available to residential customers in California within our service area only.
Customer must upload a written, itemized HVAC installation quote from a licensed California contractor. Uploaded quote must be current (issued within the last 30 days). The promotion is only eligible for ducted or ductless HVAC whole system installation or replacement.
Comparable Scope Requirement
The competitor quote must be for a comparable system and scope of work, including but not limited to:
- Same or equivalent equipment type, capacity, efficiency ratings, and brand tier;
- Similar installation scope (ductwork, electrical upgrades, permits, labor, disposal, start-up, testing);
- Quotes for used, refurbished, non-code-compliant, unpermitted, or incomplete installations are not eligible.
Verification & Review
All submitted quotes are subject to review and verification. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to confirm scope, licensing, and equipment specifications. Quotes that cannot be reasonably verified will not qualify.
Price Adjustment Discretion
- A “better price” does not guarantee beating every quote by dollar amount.
- Any adjusted price is offered at our sole discretion and may include:
• Price matching
• Partial price improvement
• Alternative system recommendations with different pricing - We are not obligated to match or beat quotes that are:
• Significantly below market value
• Based on pricing errors, omissions, or misrepresentations
• Conditional, promotional, expired, or tied to unavailable inventory
Exceptions
This promotion does not apply to:
- Quotes from unlicensed contractors
- DIY, wholesale, or online-only pricing
- Estimates that exclude permits, inspections, taxes, or required code upgrades
- Emergency, same-day, or previously discounted estimates
- Projects already under contract or completed
No Retroactive Application
Promotion cannot be applied to past purchases, signed contracts, or completed installations.
Non-Transferable
Offer is non-transferable and limited to one quote submission per household.
Right to Modify or End Promotion
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
Final Pricing Authority
Final system selection, pricing, and installation terms are determined only after an on-site evaluation by our licensed technician or comfort advisor.
This terms and conditions are effective from 1/1/2026 until further notice.
