How Is the HVAC Replacement Done?

To make the system function as it should, our team carried out a full range of works:  

• Dismantled, hauled away and recycled the old system;
• Installed a Bryant 821TA4809090V17 furnace, it’s really cool: two-stage, variable wattage, adjusts for the weather;
• Added a Bryant CNPVP3617ALA evaporator coil, which meets all building standards;
• Installed a Bryant 127ANA036000, 3-ton, 17 SEER condenser that is pretty cool as well: provides consistent cooling without excessive noise;
• Upgraded refrigerant for smooth operation;
• Installed a Nest thermostat so the climate can be controlled right from the phone. 

EPA-certified technicians did this work. But if there’s still cause for concern, remember about a 3-year warranty on the entire installation. Just a nice bonus to feel relaxed.
