How Is the HVAC Replacement Done?
What our certified team did:
- Removed the old HVAC system and ductwork and then recycled it;
- Installed new ductwork and junction boxes according to building standards;
- Added air dampers and tested indoor air balance.
What equipment was used:
- Bryant 926TB3606060V14 gas furnace with efficiencies up to 96.5%;
- ADP C36A142L evaporator coils with leak check and dry air charging;
- Bryant 124ANS030000 outdoor condenser with 2.5 ton capacity;
- Bryant Evolution air filter;
- Nest smart thermostat.
All of our HVAC equipment is warranted up to 12 years (established and provided by the manufacturer), and the quality of installation is backed by a 3-year labor warranty.
