The appearance of the unit is satisfactory, clean.
The disconnection box is good, the contactor is in good condition and the contacts are clean and not burnt.
A little foliage was sucked into the condenser compartment, however, it did not affect the work of the unit. Foliage removed.
The chamber of the heat exchanger and the air supply is clean, no dust is noticed. The tension of the blower drive belt is good, the belt is in excellent condition.
Four 16 “x20” x2 “Air Filters in the return chamber were worn out and, for satisfactory performance, fiddling with an urgent replacement.
Condesate line has no leaks, it is not broken and in good condition.
Condenser coil need clean up of dust for better flow.
The general condition of the unit is good. The unit works in normal mode.
