Have you noticed that outlets are overheating? Or that the lights are literally running out of power? That’s how almost every electrical panel replacement or installation project we do begins. We recently worked with a family in Hayward: their old electrical panel was outdated and needed an upgrade to handle more appliances at once.
So, we assessed the load, chose a solution, and made the upgrade. If your house is old enough, read on to see what kind of electrical problems you might encounter. But if you’re looking for some professional opinion, just call us at (408) 898-1576 or email support@fuseservice.com—we’ll help you too!
What We Did

We made the PG&E permit and installed:
- 200A electrical panel with all required materials.
- Siemens 40A 2-pole breaker to deal with too heavy loads.
- Siemens 60A 2-pole breaker for high-power devices.
- Strut channel 1-5/8″x10′, 12-14ga to complete a secure mounting.
The result is stable operation of the equipment, no power surges, and, most importantly, no burnt-out automatics in the future. Want to forget these words once and for all as well? Just give us a call, and our EPA-certified professionals will find the coolest electrical solution for you too.
